Download the GiftyView app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Tap "Create Account" on the welcome screen, enter your full name, email address, and phone number, then set a secure password. You'll receive a 6-digit OTP to verify your email. Once verified, your account is active and you can start using the app immediately.
GiftyView has three KYC levels. Level 0 (basic account) requires only email verification — no documents needed. Level 1 requires a verified phone number and a selfie to unlock higher transaction limits. Level 2 (full verification) requires a government-issued ID (national ID, driver's licence, or passport) and proof of address. Requirements may vary slightly by country.
GiftyView is available globally. Our digital rewards platform supports e-vouchers from over 50 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and many more. Bill payments and local utility services are available in supported regions. We are continuously expanding — follow our social media for the latest updates on new countries and services.
You can browse the app as a guest to view e-voucher rates and explore features. However, to redeem digital rewards, pay bills, or use the wallet, you must create a verified account. Account creation is free and takes less than 2 minutes.
Most e-voucher submissions are reviewed and credited within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours. During peak periods or for high-value rewards, review may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an in-app and push notification the moment your reward is approved and your wallet is credited.
Common reasons for declination include: the e-voucher has already been used or partially redeemed, it is from an unsupported country, the images uploaded are blurry or incomplete, the code is invalid, or the voucher has expired. You will always receive a specific decline reason in your notification. If you believe a decline was made in error, contact our support team within 24 hours.
We support over 50 popular brands including Amazon, iTunes/Apple, Google Play, Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify, Netflix, Sephora, Vanilla, Razer Gold, and many more. Open the Digital Rewards section in the app to see the full list and current rates. New brands are added regularly.
Exchange rates are updated in real time based on market demand, available inventory, and prevailing forex rates. Rates may vary by card brand, country of origin, and denomination. The rate shown at the time you submit your card is the rate that will be applied — we do not change rates after submission.
Yes. You can purchase digital gift cards directly from your wallet balance. Select the brand, choose a denomination, confirm the cost in your local currency, enter your transaction PIN, and the card code will be displayed immediately. Purchased card details are also saved in your transaction history for future reference.
GiftyView supports: Airtime & Mobile Data top-ups for all major networks in supported regions, Electricity & Utilities for local distribution providers, Cable & Streaming TV subscriptions, Internet service providers, and Betting wallet top-ups for popular platforms. Available services vary by country — open the Bills section in the app to see what's available in your region.
Electricity tokens for prepaid meters are usually delivered within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. If you haven't received a token after 10 minutes: check your transaction history in the app — the token is stored there. If the transaction shows "completed" but no token is displayed, tap the transaction and tap "Resend Token". If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Unfortunately, airtime and data transactions cannot be reversed once processed. The airtime is sent to the number you entered. Always double-check the phone number before confirming payment. For this reason, we recommend saving frequently used numbers as favorites in the app.
Bill payment limits depend on your KYC verification level. Level 0 accounts have a lower daily cumulative limit across all transactions. Level 1 accounts have a significantly higher daily limit. Level 2 accounts have the highest limits available. Exact amounts are shown in your local currency inside the app. Upgrade your KYC level in your profile settings to increase your limits.
You can fund your wallet through several methods depending on your region: Bank Transfer — tap "Fund Wallet", select "Bank Transfer", and follow the instructions to transfer to your dedicated virtual account. Your wallet is credited automatically, typically within 1 minute. Debit Card — fund instantly using your Mastercard or Visa (a small processing fee applies). Crypto — deposit supported cryptocurrencies directly into your wallet. Available funding methods are shown in the app based on your country.
Most withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals initiated outside business hours may be processed the next business morning. A small flat fee applies per withdrawal (shown in your local currency before you confirm). Your bank may take an additional 1–5 minutes to reflect the credit.
First, pull down to refresh your wallet screen. If the balance still hasn't updated after 5 minutes, check your transaction history — the funding may be showing as "pending". If the amount was debited from your bank but hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your bank transfer receipt and we'll resolve it immediately.
GiftyView-to-GiftyView transfers are not currently available but are on our roadmap for Q2 2026. Currently, you can withdraw your wallet balance to your registered bank account. Stay tuned for the peer transfer feature.
Act immediately: 1. Open the app and go to Profile → Security → Change Password to reset your password. 2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if not already enabled. 3. Email security@giftyview.com with "URGENT: Account Compromised" in the subject line. Our security team monitors this inbox 24/7 and will respond within 30 minutes. 4. Check your transaction history for any unauthorized transactions and report them immediately.
Go to Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Tap "Enable 2FA". You'll be shown a QR code — scan it with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the authenticator app to confirm setup. You'll also receive 8 backup codes — store these safely offline. Once enabled, you'll be asked for a 2FA code every time you log in from a new device.
GiftyView will never contact you to ask for your password, transaction PIN, full card details, or OTP via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. If you receive any such request claiming to be from GiftyView, it is a phishing scam. Do not respond. Forward the suspicious communication to security@giftyview.com immediately so we can take action.
