GiftyView will never ask for your password, transaction PIN, or OTP via email, SMS, or phone call. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt — report it immediately to security@giftyview.com.
Giftyview reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") at any time. Tier 1 applies to basic users and Tier 3 applies to high-value users. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. We may:

Giftyview shall not be liable for losses resulting from user error, incorrect transaction details, or blockchain and network failures.
Users are provided with a stored value wallet. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing. Wallets support multiple currencies and funds may be held directly via licensed partners.
We may freeze, restrict, or suspend wallet access, and reverse or withhold transactions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory requirements.
GiftyView reserves the right to correct erroneous credits and debit user wallets where necessary.
Users may purchase airtime and data bundles for supported networks.
Users are solely responsible for correct phone number entry and network selection. GiftyView shall not be liable for errors caused by incorrect user input.
Users can pay utility bills including electricity, cable TV, and more.
GiftyView is not responsible for incorrect details provided by the user or service interruptions from third-party providers.
Warning: Submitting fraudulent, stolen, or previously used e-vouchers is a criminal offence and will be reported to the EFCC and relevant law enforcement agencies.
Cryptocurrency services are facilitated via third-party providers.
GiftyView is not liable for blockchain delays or losses resulting from incorrect wallet submissions.
Applicable fees will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. Giftyview reserves the right to modify fees at any time or introduce new charges with reasonable notice.
Rewards and cashback incentives are conditional and subject to internal program rules. Giftyview reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to validate eligibility for rewards and to withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, artificial activity, or manipulation.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services — including trademarks, software, and content — remain the exclusive property of Giftyview. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Giftyview may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice where:

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable international data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. Where unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Nigeria under applicable arbitration laws. The seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Giftyview shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including system failures, network outages, regulatory changes, or acts of God.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the app or website. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
